Lucas Peres

Hello, nice to meet you. My name is Lucas Peres. I am an economics student at Insper, and I created this site to write about markets, economics, technology, and other hobbies.

I have always been interested in stories about people who changed the world by building things. When I was younger, I wanted to be an "inventor" when I grew up.

Over time, I realized that computers and the internet multiplied the number of inventors in society. Since then, someone with enough effort and study can impact the entire world starting from their own room.

Now, with AI, that barrier has dropped once again: producing something new has started to blend with learning.

Today, beyond technology, I explore many other themes, both from professional inclination, such as economics and markets, and personal interest, such as music software.

I created this site to share part of this process and, if I achieve my goal, hopefully add something useful for anyone interested.
